How to do Pull Up
Lift up and keep the bar separate from the shoulder-width of your hand and your palms are away from you. With your arms fully extended and hanging, you can bend your legs at the knee if they are pulling on the ground.
2. Keep your shoulders back and keep your core busy the whole time. Then pull up. Focus on listing each upper body muscle to aid in your upper efforts.
3. Slowly move upward until your chin is above the bar, then move evenly slowly downward until your arms are outstretched again.
4. Aim for 10 pull-ups, but be prepared to fall short.
